Being a purist, with Chemical Sensitivities, I’ve incorporated the finest exotic, wildcrafted, and vibrantly organic, ingredients, completely free of toxins into my luxurious skincare collection. I hand craft Maui Bliss in small batches.
Maui Bliss products are very concentrated, a little goes a long way. Botanical products are most potent when freshly made. Please store Maui Bliss products in a cool area. Due to the fresh, natural ingredients, I recommend that you use your products upon receipt for greatest freshness and efficacy.
I use eco-friendly packaging and recycled shipping materials.
The glass bottles and airless jars are refillable. Organza bags may be reused as bath sachets.

My Story - Maui Bliss Skin Care
In early 2004, I was working as an esthetician and living in Makapela, a tiny hamlet on the north west side of the Big Island of Hawaii. I've always loved creating beautiful living spaces so I decided to paint the interior of my cottage. I’d planned to sleep in my gazebo tent to keep from inhaling paint fumes all night. The weather didn't cooperate and it rained so heavily that I was forced to sleep inside. I woke up the next day feeling very ill. My holistic doctor told me that I’d been poisoned by the paint fumes and that I’d subsequently developed sub-acute toxic hepatitis as well as multiple chemical sensitivities. He said these types of situations and sensitivities were far more common than people realized and that I needed to stop using all products that contained any toxins, if I wanted my health to improve.
As a skincare professional, I was dismayed when I learned just how many toxic and harmful ingredients are lurking in everyday retail and professional products, even those that are deemed “luxurious” and claim to be “all natural.” The ultimate irony is that our health is actually the ultimate luxury and our most natural state of being. So, while it was terrible to get so ill, it was also a much-needed wake-up call. It brought me a greater awareness of the many toxins that we’re all exposed to in everyday products. The clothing we wear, cleaning products we use, our cookware, the food we consume, and most of the toiletries we use, can contain toxic ingredients. Fragranced items are often the biggest culprits!
Our skin is the largest organ of our bodies and it absorbs whatever we put on it. What goes on our skin, ends up within! I began to explore non-toxic skincare alternatives that would bring myself and my clients the great results we all want without compromising our health. By August of 2004, I was living in Maui and ready to create my own skin care. After all, If I made it myself, I would know EXACTLY what was in it. Right!
Over the years, I've continued to meticulously research stellar ingredients that are proven to make a difference in skin rejuvenation, into a full and luxurious skincare collection. These are the same products that I personally use - my Maui Bliss Skin Care line.
